Shipping policy

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked Services.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of order. We will send you an e-mail on the day that your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you immediately.

Orders under £50
 - Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) £3.99
 - Express Delivery (1-3 business days) £4.49

Orders over £50
 - Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) - Free
 - Express Delivery (1-3 business days) - £3.99

European Union orders:

5-10 business days delivery estimate.

Please note that we will pay EU customs in advance so you are unlikely to have to pay any extra duties. These charges are included in the bottle price and the cost of shipping.

European customers - free shipping on all orders over €220. 

Standard shipping varies by country due to courier costs. However, for Discovery Sets, we've set a flat shipping fee of €15 for all countries to allow everyone to trial our perfumes.
